2)   All goods remain our property until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. English jurisdiction applies.

3)   Our policy is one of constant development and improvement. We reserve the absolute right to make changes to the
      specification of any product at any time without notice.

4)   We will not pass any of your personal details on to anyone else. However, when placing your order online you agree
      that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the purposes listed below, whether by telephone, e-mail or in
      writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the below as being a breach of any of your rights
      under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

5)   We reserve the right to refer to English law to uphold and protect our good name and property at all times. Each sale
      shall be deemed to be performed in England.

6)   Payment will only be taken when the goods are shipped. All though we do not envisage them any delays will be bought
      to your attention as soon as we are aware of them.

7)   All descriptions of goods and services are true to the best of our knowledge. Any omissions will be corrected as soon
      as we become aware of them. Colours and appearances may vary slightly from what you view on screen. No attempt
      to deceive is made and all our products are of the highest quality.

8)   In the event of consequential loss, DMR Framing can only be responsible for the cost of your order.

9)   DMR Framing will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations within this agreement due to circumstances
      beyond our control.
